Awmdawm Teaching Centre is the Main Building of RSELP Campus which is in the shape of a graduation cap. Awmdawm carries the meaning of self-determination and its purpose is to promote the academic freedom of the Kachin youths and to help prepare the students to face the many opportunities and unknow dangers that are in today’s society and to teach a good character in the lives of the student in order to upgrade them as a today leaders of today’s society. It has three rooms, Director’s Office, Staffs’ Office and Main Teaching Room.
This hall is dedicated to KBC Volunteers Teachers Ms. Tangbau Hkawn Nan Tsin and Maran Lu Ra who were raped and killed in Kawng Hka village, Shan State, 19th January, 2015. We respect them as the Heroes of all Kachin Youths. This is hall designated for multiple purposes. Behind the Hall, it is attached to a two-story building; the Solomon Library in the ground floor and a store room on the first floor.
Shawlamun is Kachin name of King Solomon and RSELP’ s Library is named according to the wisdom of God which is to promote the knowledge bank.
This is a place of Peace, designated to welcome our respected Guests and for Self-Refresh and Relax. The historical path of Kachin People is painted with wall Art Designs which are made by the youths of Du Kahtawng.
The Kachin Folktales says a young warrior Ja Tawng Naw, a very principled general. He would exhort his warriors; “Spoils of war you shall not take, nor the womenfolk touch! We go to war, but for our homeland! No rest shall we take nor return home until victory is with us”.
Men in this Ja Tawng Naw – Men Hostel will exercise this heroic mentality in leading our community. The hostel is divided into two; Staff’s Bed Room and students Bed Room.
RSELP takes another woman name Ing Raw to be women idol from Kachin Folktale. Ing Raw is the most beautiful woman was proposed by many men.
The women in this Ing Raw – Women Hostel vale the dignity of being Kachin women and to be loved, valued and who would serve the Kachin People. The hostel is divided into two; Staff’s Bed Room and students Bed Room.

This Hall serves foods in which all the students and teachers/staffs enjoy their daily food as Israel enjoy Manna provided by God. Where everyone comes in to the Manna-Dining shall not go hungry but shall be strengthened to serve others and empowered to praise God for His blessing.
