- Outstanding students from different Regional Associations. Each student must have a certain level of unique talents and education grades and are required to have recommendations from the Regional Associational Youth Directors.
- Students who are Financially needed; from remote areas of the country or from the IDPs Camps can apply for the financial aids to attend our program for the inclusiveness.
