RSELP current faculty strength comprised of 5 administrative and academic personnel with strong leadership and rich in experiences of administration and managements. RSELP faculty has put their all mind, energy and give intensive training to develop the next leaders of Kachin Youths. Faculty is working with the concept of co-learning and co-serving pedagogy.
