Necromancer Mayhem

This is a task obtained from Niclaus Ressinn in Qeynos Hills.

The task has the following steps:

• 1. (Optional) Get Niclaus' parchment decoded. (spoiler not posted yet).

  2. (Optional) Find and deliver a lost letter to Roesager in North Qeynos (as of yet unsolved on Rolath).

  3. Discover who is behind the undead uprising.

  4. Confront the one behind the undead.  (Again no spoiler posted yet).

( There is also an evil version implemented using the same items)
