Jras Solsier Poacher Evidence

Upon turning in a poacher head to Jras Solsier in Erudin, he says:

Occasionally a poacher in Tox Forest will drop a folded parchment that reads:

Upon turning in this parchment, Jras says "Excellent work.  I have heard of this, Talym before.  Bring me his head for further reward."  He also rewards with a spell, occasionally one that is only available by questing. 

Upon turning in Taylm's head, Jras says, "It is done!  Quellious will look favorably upon our church and we will look favorably upon you.  Go in peace."  He also gives a spell as reward for the head turnin.
