As a senior majoring in Management with a minor in Financial Management, Cade is led by both proper business management and maximizing wealth. Through practical leadership and soft skills training, this program helps reduce stress, improve confidence, and create a positive retail environment where employees can grow and perform at their best. My goal is to make work feel more manageable, supportive, and rewarding for every team member.
