Purpose:
To help leaders and educators reset emotionally after a difficult guest interaction, extract learning, and prevent emotional carryover into the rest of the shift.
Post-Conflict Recovery Reflection
Step 1: Immediate Reset (2–3 minutes)
Take 3 slow breaths.
Step away briefly if possible.
Ask yourself: “What emotion am I feeling right now?”
