Purpose:
This self-assessment helps you identify early signs of burnout so you can take proactive steps to protect your energy, engagement, and performance.
Please answer based on your experience over the past 2–3 weeks.
Instructions
Rate each statement using the scale below:
1 = Strongly Disagree
2 = Disagree
3 = Neutral
4 = Agree
5 = Strongly Agree

You may be experiencing early signs of strain or emotional fatigue. Consider:

36–50: High Burnout Risk
You may be experiencing significant emotional exhaustion or disengagement. Recommended next steps:
