Catering to audiences can increase the impact of scientific communication.

The purpose of "A Framework for Scientific Papers" is to help students structure writing with strong, reasoned frameworks. Using hypothesis-driven research and papers that use the IMRaD format is sufficient for satisfying the main goals of AFSP.

However, some additional considerations may be helpful for revising papers to be as readable as possible. Moreover, some situations may require spoken communication (e.g. summary presentations). Therefore, some very brief remarks about titles and abstracts, narrative communication, and spoken presentation are appropriate.
