Duration: About one week (August 2020)
Motivation: I wanted to get some Arduino experience to give me a leg up applying for my high school's Applied Enigineering team. I also wanted a robot to practice piano for me (a little ambitious, I know...)
Outcomes: Passed the technical interview and made it onto the team

I had a lot of trouble designing the arm mechanically, visualizing how each joint would rotate. I ended up having more ideas once I physically started putting things together. Sometime's it's best to jump right into things and get a working prototype first.
Originally the arm was supposed to be able to play every note on the chromatic scale...However I didn't plan the mechanical design very well, and thus the arm could just barely play the notes on the E Minor scale. So I changed the project description to say it would only play that scale 🙃
