CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW:

I am a believer in building strong character in our young men which will be the strength of the culture of our program. We will take pride on being good student athletes on and off the court.

Accountability is the cornerstone of our basketball program. We will instill in our players that there are positive and negative consequences for every action. The way you conduct yourself off the court is just as important as your actions on the court. We want to create an environment where players hold each other accountable and are able to lead each other through adversity. 

We are going to protect our culture and reputation at all times. When you play basketball at Bridgeport High School, you will always be expected to be a leader, take pride in our program, and constantly represent it in a positive light.
