  • Garlic 500 g

  • Tarragon 2 branches

If you want to make pickle sauce in a homogeneous manner, be sure to use a large sauce and a size to make the garlic sauce clean and thoroughly at the end of the work.

Remove the extra stems of garlic and wash them well. After washing, spread the garlic on a clean cloth to dry completely and leave no moisture in the garlic because it makes mash picking.

First, select a glass jar and then put dried garlic with tarragon and pepper in the dish. Sprinkle some salt on the garlic, then add the vinegar so that the vinegar is completely on the garlic.

Now fill the pan with half of the water and place it on the heat. When the water is boiled, place the glass of pickle garlic in the opposite direction inside the pot. Take it out after ten minutes. This makes the garlic season longer to stay healthy.

After the preparation of the pickle is finished, place the pickle in a dry place and put it in place for pickles to be consumed. Note that home-made pickle must remain for at least one year to be ready for consumption.

If you want to make instant pickles like plants, make vinegar in the pot and put the garlic in to make it soft. After this, let the vinegar and garlic cool, then place it inside the glass.
