Common medlar pickles

Pickles are one of the favorite Iranian condiments. One of the fruits of autumn is azalea, so we have mentioned in this article how to prepare azalea.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar 1/5 liter
  • Indian stamps a complete package
  • 2kg of tomatoes
  • Spicy red pepper powder a tablespoon
  • Spice and sugar a tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Select the ripe flowers, wash them and grate them dry.
  2. Mix the Indian stamp with vinegar and heat over low heat and simmer for good. Then sift it to make it smooth.
  3. After grated clay mix with Indian starch vinegar and salt and heat until slightly concentrated.
  4. Add the sugar and let it dissolve.
  5. After cooling, add salt and spices and allow to cool.
  6. Pour the ingredients into a suitable container and let the pickle sit and sour. Pickles are ready at this stage
