While video and audio participation from the students enhance the overall experience, it is entirely up to the parents to decide whether or not they will allow their child to use these features. When signing up for a session, please indicate whether you give permission for your child to turn on their video and microphone and provide us with a digital signature for confirmation. Project Teens Teach is not responsible for the sole supervision of any participants as that is a task that cannot be done over Zoom. We highly recommend a legal guardian to be present in the same house as the participant during Zoom sessions.
We take many precautions to reduce the risk of "Zoom bombing" or inappropriate behavior from participants. If either of these situations are to occur, it is out of the control of Project Teens Teach and we cannot be held responsible.
