The past couple of weeks have been really hectic: I was a part of a selection committee in the University of Jammu to promote three associate professors to the position of full professors, and two assistant Professors to the position of associate professors. Likewise, I was a part of the selection committee to appoint one associate professor in the North Eastern Hill University, and I was also a part of the selection committee to appoint an assistant professor at the National Law University, Tripura. Three of my students / mentees were appointed as assistant professors in private institutions in the Delhi-NCR. As an external examiner, I awarded the degree of PhD to a Student of BHU, and presented a plenary talk in BHU. The crowning glory was the release of a set of six collected volumes in honour of my teacher, Prof. RC Sharma on his birthday on 1 October, I happen to be the chief editor of the six volumes.
