Requirements
Requirements
- An annual report of activity or no activity must be submitted to PACD by March 1st.
- WIDs need to provide their budget to PACD and the County Clerk by June 1st.
- An F-32 financial report must be submitted annually to PACD and the Dept. of Audit by September 30th.
- A representative from the WID must meet with the PACD Board quarterly.

Members elected to the board on a Watershed Improvement District are considered "public officers" and are required to complete training within one year of assuming office.
