Conservation Districts are required by State Statute 18-5-306 to complete soil reviews for proposed subdivisions and make recommendations to the county planning commission regarding soil suitability. Subdivision reviews are available at the planning office or at our office at no cost. We can also recommend what trees and shrubs will work best in your soil.
