General Shipping FAQ for small orders (like History Maker Baseball Express): PLAAY usually ships small orders in flat envelopes, which USPS classifies differently than packages and does not offer tracking for. They DO offer a "tracing number," which doesn't tell you where the package is, but is supposed to let you know once it has been delivered. That is the number you're seeing in your order fulfillment notification.
