Procedure:

1. Choose the Right Night and location: 

• Wait for a clear night when the moon is at its fullest. The full moon is believed to be the most potent phase for capturing the essence of moonlight.

• Find a place outdoor where the moonlight reflects off water. 

2. Fill the small vial with the clean pure water and one of the moonstone.  Make sure the lid is securely fastended.

3. In the dirt draw a pentagram. Place the Vial in the middle. White candles are placed at each point.

5. Place the vial in the center of the reflection of the moon on the water. (the incantation will keep it from sinking of floating away)
