The Phral  Book 

Welcome to the Ashmore Circle  Grimoire

 (ROLEPLAY JOURNAL FOR ASHMORE PHRAL)

The following website is an OOC and IC representation of the Phral Book in Ashmore. The information in this book can only be seen by a Phral while in the cave as the magic protects them. 

"The Phral Book" is a very large, leather-bound, hand-written grimoire that has magically collected spells, rituals, information, genealogy, history, etc from this geographical area.  The book contains details on other Supernaturals, potion recipes, tested spells, and rituals.  Although it is handwritten and unorganized, the book is magical and intuitive, helping Phral find what they need. Phral can read, learn from it, or copy spells. Since magic was reawakened less than ten years ago, the book is considered a valuable source of information.

OOC NOTES:  

The Book contains a LOT more information than what is compiled on the website.  But do please ask a CL about creating or "finding" content before implementing it to your RP.

Other regions, cities, and countries may have their version of a "Phral Book".  Keep in mind your character's backstory, time of awakening, age, etc before RPing accessing books elsewhere.  

There is a 100 year gap (1917-2017) in the information, since for those 100 years magic was dormant, the book was hidden, and nothing was updated.

Phral can only copy spells and information by hand.  Any photos taken will appear completely black once outside the cave.
