Peter is an excellent supervisor and someone I look forward to talking to on a daily basis. He understands the issues and works hard to help me push in all areas. He gives me excellent feedback, not that we always agree but I always look forward to getting his point of view on all situations we are involved in. He has lead the T&L team so that it isn't the negative meeting that it was before. I love that he has stepped up to work with the senior team and to work with students in their projects. He is a leader that understands that in order to understand the PBL process and the ask on the faculty you need to live it. I am sure he doesn't really have the time that this is going to take but he is showing that he wants to help and wants to understand this process he is leading and the only way to do that is by jumping in and getting totally involved. I am confident he will be an excellent leader with his PBL kids. He and I have had some great discussions about technology use in the classroom and he is always 100% behind me as I have tried to include this in my department. As you can tell I see Peter as an excellent leader at the school and always feel confident that decisions he makes are because he has studied the issue and that he understands them. I look forward to continuing working together in the future.....Brian
