Notes
I have many affirmations for Pete and only one minor piece of feedback which I think I will come to regret. In the affirmation category, Pete has been a clear and helpful guide and mentor. He and I share an affinity for how to use instructional technology in the classroom and the more \"structured\" side of teaching. This can be an ambitious undertaking when trying to bring structure to the humanities. History is vaporous, and Pete helps me to focus on the instruction, not the content. My only piece of feedback is that I need him to tell me what to do more. (See, I told you I would regret writing this.) I think he sensed this last year, as he has brought structure to our meetings this year with a regular agenda of questions: BMP\'s, observations, student issues, curriculum issues, etc. This is very helpful to me.
