I believe that the success of students depends on the quality of instruction they receive. Excellent instruction starts with a steadfast belief that all students can learn, yet in different ways and at different rates. It is then guided by a conviction that research should inform practice. Finally, feedback is a critical ingredient to the learning process and should be intentionally designed. These beliefs have guided my work as I have empowered numerous teachers to create dynamic learning experiences where students with diverse learning profiles were able to meet with success.
