When Jason was a kid at Camp Crystal Lake, he was bullied by the kids and neglected by the counselors. Until one day, he drowned and was presumed dead. This caused his mother Pamela Voorhees wanting avenge her son and kill all the counselors who didn't save him. But when Pamela later gets killed, it's ultimately reveals that Jason was still alive and will continue to make his mother proud.
