This is Cloud Strife, a former member of the elite paramilitary unit SOLDIER. Despite being cocky from time-to-time, he means well. Unlike your average everyday swordsmen, Cloud wields the Buster Sword. The swords has a special technique called the Limit Break.

Connection: Cloud Strife and DoodleBob were in many ways created for a purpose. Cloud would be turned into a 1st Class SOLDIER and DoodleBob was originally created as a prank by SpongeBob for Squidward until wreaking havoc. Both characters also wield powerful weapons. Cloud with the Buster Sword and DoodleBob with the magic pencil.
