Description: optical flow sensors as affordable and highly sensitive package for slip detection and rapid feedback to users/controller. There remain challenges in adapting the sensors for slip detection robustness in more environments as the are typically tuned for controlled focal ranges, even surfaces, and strongly rejecting signals outside typical use cases.
