Purpose: Process mapping is a collaborative exercise to identify and develop strategies to address bottlenecks and/or pain points experienced by the NPHI. It is based upon the DSA matrix and activity and allows for continuous review and validating.

Using the Facilitation Guide
Use the Facilitation Guide to present the current process map to the NPHI team, obtain preliminary feedback via discussion, present the "ideal" process map, and reflect on changes to be made. The facilitator should follow up on the exercise by sending the modified process maps to the NPHI team.
