Overview

The session begins with a Nominal Group Technique activity, designed to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Following this, there is a presentation on the overview and objectives of Root Cause Analysis, providing participants with a foundational understanding of its purpose and applications. The session then introduces the 5 WHYs tool, a problem-solving technique. Participants will engage in a hands-on activity, completing a Root Cause Analysis, which allows for practical application of the concepts discussed. Finally, the session concludes with a discussion to reflect on key insights and address any remaining questions.
