This step is composed of 3 sub-sections.  The first begins with an introduction to resource mobilization, focusing on tools and strategies that streamline efforts to gather and manage resources. The section then shifts to approaching government funding, exploring how to navigate public sector grants and then understanding and managing donor expectations, with practical activities to apply these strategies. The final section covers financial planning, measurement, and management, guiding participants through the essentials of financial planning for resource mobilization, tracking success, and maintaining financial health and transparency.
