Purpose: Decision space analysis (DSA) is an approach that uses matrices to identify who the decision makers are for key activities, providing an effective way to identify activities where no one, or where multiple people/organizations, appear responsible.

Using the Facilitation Guide
This guide will walk stakeholders through an overview of DSA, review what and if any changes have been made by the NPHI to the empty decision space analysis matrix for the chosen function, explain and collaboratively begin DSA for the chosen function, and review what was completed. This will help to guide the NPHI towards completing the rest of the matrix with their team.
