The 3rd graders make up a rumor that a horrible creature stalks the school halls at night... The rumor gets so out of hand and some of the 3rd graders actually have to make the cryptid real. It's a Halloween episode and Leslie Houben's first speaking role. B-Plot: Cripple Fucker wants to fuck the cryptid because the 3rd graders said the cryptid's legs are broken.

When North Park goes on a medicine shortage, both Timothy Dull and Savannah get to enjoy the wonders of medicinal withdrawal as their inner natures are made more apparent. Both of their parents try to find some sort of alternative before their kids either hurt themselves, each other or worse.

The episode revolves around Nightmare Guy wanting to go to school but Slappy, like the racist he is, tells NG only real boys can go school, NG proceeds to try and learn more about what he is in order to find a way to become a real boy, eventually he learns through some way that as a eldritch clown he can be more than just black goo but also be flesh and bone which he then enacts upon this and morphs into a human. Donning the name Nathan Honker he goes to school for the first time which clown hijinks ensue.

Sidney Walker despite his condition is very sexy, so sexy in fact that the media secrets took him in and had him do photoshoots for Victoria secrets and a new secret issue of Playboy Magazine whom Cripple Fucker desperately wants.

After Danny fails to dismiss his chore clone before it develops its own will, the clone decides it wants to live Danny's life. When the two fight, they go to Lon for help, who throws a knife between them and tells them one has to stay. Instead, they agree to live separate lives. The clone takes Dr. Toades gender fluid and becomes the new third-grade girl, Dani Simpson. Now, Danny has to deal with the fact that everyone seems to like his clone better than him—even though they’re the same person.
