Fiona tells Danny Thompson that Leš Fantasma is a ghost and he tries to expose her but this makes everyone thinks Danny is crazy which only motivates him more to prove it no matter what.

Patricia receives brain damage and becomes smarter, immediately applying for many jobs and leaving Chaplyn as a stay at home dad. He wants to be supportive for his wife, but he doesn't know what to do with himself with all this free time. B-Plot: Dr. Toades prepares to euthanize his test monkey after he's done with it, but it escapes.

Comic Con is being hosted in North Park and Glitterbug and his league of heroes plan to set up a booth and further expand their audience. Well, that would have been the plan had another group of kids dressed as derivative super heroes not stolen the last available booth. Those damn Middle Park assholes are at it again and North Park isn't going to take this shit lying down. Meanwhile, Maizeby experiences the horrors of how lame Comic-Cons truly are.

Poor Rat Boy looks so lonely digging through dumpsters and being chased out by the local Mexican vendor, Cindy can't help but cry for him. If only he wasn't so lonely...wait, what if he didn't have to be? Meet the new girl, Rodentte, as she and Hansel form a sickly-sweet loving relationship that is in no way orchestrated by a third party.

After Savannah and Wendy get into an argument in the chateau's basement, they accidentally release a supposedly powerful vampire. However, the vampire turns out to be a polite and well spoken but absent-minded girl who quickly flees into town. Meanwhile, in the B-plot, Vice Principal Uisas Schröder and Cassandra scramble to prevent the annual prank before the school's Halloween dance.

The Anon in the hood kidnaps max and force him to stay in an episode while excluding Danny. The hooded anon makes Max sane and forces him to date a brown girl and rejecting a blond girl.

Hansel notices a sharp decline in the sewer rat population and soon discovers the culprit: Ula, who has been draining the rats as if it's her personal all-you-can-eat buffet. Unable to stop her alone, Hansel seeks help from his classmates, but only one steps up—his good friend, the Merchant Girl, Vera. However, Vera seems to have her own motives for joining him on this mission. 

Note: This episode marks Vera's first named appearance after previously being referred to only as "Merchant Girl" or "School Merchant." It also reveals that she is a vampire and Ula's younger sister.
