Drew is unsupervised and gets a hit on the head playing with Asimov and Nightmare Guy, due to Welcome Back, Kotter being on the TV when she goes out she believes she's Gabe Kotter and her class are the Sweathogs. B-Plot is Chef Sheffield trying to buy healthy ingredients that are a bit cheaper, but they turn out to be Canadian Ceramic Fruit, and Charles is blamed.

North Park Elementary is holding a show and after many chances to prove himself, Neil becomes the opening act! He's going to blow the audience away with his brilliant antics and lines, so why isn't the audience laughing? To make matters worse, this "Merchant Girl" is making them bust a gut laughing at HIS expense! Now, Neil isn't usually one for holding petty grudges, but this is his only shot at making it big and this weird girl needs to know when to shut up.

Officer Gency finally catches the homeless little rat bastard Hansel while he's in the act of stealing from the local mini Mexican, locking the child up in a rat trap and assuring him that the only roof over his head will be the jailcell one. The natural order of Amphibian and Homosexua-uh, I mean homosapien is disturbed and Frog People emerge from underneath the town to reclaim it as their own.

When Nancy reports on a string of break-ins around town, she is ambushed by one of the cat ninjas. Mistakenly believing the ninja to be her teacher, Hui-Feng Peng, Nancy has her arrested. As more break-ins occur, Nancy enlists in Danny and Wendy's help to help catch the real culprits and clear her teacher's name. Meanwhile, in the B-plot, Hui-Feng Peng struggles to survive in jail. In the C-plot, Myrtle Vandermark substitutes for Hui-Feng Peng, and Lydia has to step in to stop her classmates from giving her mom a hard time.

It's in his nature to be fair and give the benefit of the doubt to his peers, but when he's currently being asked to take out a terrorist KGB agent with his sniper rifle or risk government action, he starts to wonder if he should really keep turning a blind eye to everyone taking advantage of him.
