Colliders generated and adjusted using "Nokaan!" may be freely used for your own avatar customization.
You may adjust the position, size, and other settings of the generated Colliders, create Prefabs for your own use, and transfer them to other Unity projects.
When using avatars, hairstyles, clothing, accessories, or other assets, please also comply with the terms of use for each respective asset.
Colliders generated and adjusted using "Nokaan!" may also be used in avatars, hairstyles, clothing, accessories, and other works you create for sale or distribution, provided that you comply with the specified conditions.
Certain conditions apply when using generated Colliders in products for sale or distribution. Please see "Use in Products for Sale or Distribution" for details.

The copyright to "Nokaan!" itself, as well as the programs, UI, and other elements created by the developer, belongs to the developer, "meitei."
Notwithstanding the above, Colliders generated and adjusted using this tool may be used within the scope described under "Personal Use" and "Use in Products for Sale or Distribution."
These Terms of Use do not grant permission to use, sell, distribute, or otherwise make use of avatars or other assets owned by third parties that were used as the source for generating the Colliders.
The following activities are prohibited:
Redistributing, transferring, or selling "Nokaan!" itself, its scripts, or other included components.
Distributing, transferring, or selling the "Nokaan Collider Setup" itself, or any objects within the Setup other than the Colliders specified under "Use in Products for Sale or Distribution," to third parties.
Selling or distributing generated or adjusted Colliders as the primary content of a product or distribution.
Example: "Pre-configured Collider Set for [Avatar Name]," etc.
This tool has been released after testing and verification. However, operation in every environment is not guaranteed, and undiscovered bugs or issues may exist.
If a bug or issue is confirmed, fixes or updates will be provided where reasonably possible.
As this is a downloadable product, cancellations and refunds cannot be provided after an order has been confirmed, in accordance with BOOTH's policies.
Before purchasing, please review the supported environment, the features and limitations of this tool, and any relevant notes or precautions.

This tool does not guarantee compatibility or operation with all avatars, hairstyles, clothing, accessories, or other assets, nor does it guarantee that clipping or penetration can be completely prevented.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any problems, damages, or losses resulting from the use of this tool. Please use the tool with this understanding.
These Terms of Use may be changed as necessary.
If these Terms are changed, an announcement will be made on the BOOTH product page, the "Nokaan!" Help Page, or another appropriate location.
The revised Terms will take effect from the effective date stated in the announcement.
When using avatars, hairstyles, clothing, accessories, or other assets owned by third parties, please comply with the terms of use for each respective asset.
In particular, when using Colliders generated or adjusted with this tool in products for sale or distribution, you must review the terms of use for the source avatar or other source assets and use the Colliders only within the scope permitted by those terms.
If you are unable to determine whether such use is permitted under the terms of the source asset, please contact the rights holder of that asset as necessary.
If you are unsure about a use of "Nokaan!" that is not covered here, or about these Terms of Use, please contact the developer.
