Colliders generated and adjusted using "Nokaan!" may be used in avatars, hairstyles, clothing, accessories, and other works you create for sale or distribution, provided that you comply with the following conditions.
Credit is not required, but if you use the generated Colliders in your work, we would appreciate it if you could include a credit such as "Nokaan!"
When using Colliders in products for sale or distribution, you must use the “ColliderをHierarchyに取り出す” (Extract Colliders to Hierarchy) feature available under “⚙設定” (Settings) at the bottom of the “Nokaan!” window in v2.0.0 or later.
Select the Colliders you need from the resulting “Nokaan Colliders” object and incorporate them into the structure of your own work.
You may not directly include the “Nokaan Collider Setup” itself or the objects within it in products for sale or distribution.
When incorporating extracted Colliders into your work, you may change their names, hierarchy, settings, and other properties as needed to suit your work.
Incorporating Colliders output by the extraction feature into the structure of hairstyles, clothing, or other works you have created.
Changing the names, hierarchy, settings, or other properties of those Colliders to suit your work.
Directly including the “Nokaan Collider Setup” itself or objects within it in products for sale or distribution without using the extraction feature.
Selling or distributing Colliders generated or adjusted using “Nokaan!” as the primary content of a product, including Colliders output by the extraction feature.
Example: “Pre-configured Collider Set for [Avatar Name].”
The “Nokaan Collider Setup” contains data created based on the Armature of the avatar used for generation. For this reason, these terms do not permit incorporating the Setup itself into products for sale or distribution. Only Colliders output by the extraction feature are eligible for such use.
However, the positions, sizes, and other properties of extracted Colliders are also calculated based on the source avatar’s Bone positions, body proportions, and other information. Using the extraction feature does not remove the need to review the source asset’s terms of use.
Before using these Colliders in products for sale or distribution, you must review the terms of use for the source avatar and any other source assets.
Even if “Nokaan!” permits such use, you may not use the Colliders in a manner that is not permitted under the source asset’s terms of use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use falls within the scope permitted by the source asset’s terms. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please contact the source asset’s rights holder as necessary.
Note: The Terms of Use for “Nokaan!” do not grant permission to use, sell, distribute, or otherwise make use of avatars or other assets in which third parties hold rights.
