Frogham

Start either at the Windmill Hill car park in Frogham or The Foresters Arms pub in Frogham. The marked route is about 5 miles, but it can be shortened to suit the time you have.The route is mainly across heathland with stunning views across the forest, but it also includes a few fields and beech woodland.
