Dates and Time

In French, the standard way to write dates is DD/MM/YYYY.
In plain writing, it is: 1er janvier 1990 for 01/01/1990.

Keep the time displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Hours should be written in the 24-hours format.

Avoid using "minuit" for cutoff periods as this can lead to confusion on which day it is referring to. Instead, use 00:00 for midnight, 12:00 for noon, and "en fin de journée" for 24:00.

Prefer the format "17:30" instead of "17h30".
