Mission and Vision

Mission

Our mission is to advance health equity, antiracism, and social justice in the field of Neonatology by addressing disparities in neonatal care and health outcomes using collaborative and action-oriented research, advocacy, and medical education to support and empower families and infants.

Vision

We envision a future for Neonatology where all infants share equal promise of future health and longevity and where the clinical and academic workforce are collectively and actively engaged in promoting social justice and anti-racism.
