RESIDENT ACCESS - Resident Support Center
The Resident Support Center lets you create tickets, and send messages to the Building Admin team for concerns about the property.
Please give the team 12-24 hours to respond.
Office hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 12:00nn
Select the category and input the details of your concern.
Click "Submit" to see the success screen.
When the building admin team responds, a discussion thread will be enabled in your ticket.
You can send messages and attach documents on this thread for easier coordination.
Please give the team 12-24 hours to respond to your ticket.
