HOW TO GET RESDIENT ACCESS (HOMEOWNERS & RENTERS)
Get Resident Access Entry Points:
On first time sign up
On log in, go to "My Properties", and click "Get Access"
Select "I am a Resident ..."
Click "Proceed", the system will check if you have an existing myRLC.com access
If email used matches an existing myrlc.com account, user will automatically get access to property
Don't worry if you get the "Invalid Credentials" prompt!
It just means your email isn't part of the existing myRLC.com users.
You can continue to manually input your unit details instead.
If email used does not match an existing account, click "Continue" on prompt to manually input property details
Input your property details, and click "Link Resident Access"
For security purposes, a request will be submitted to your building admin team for approval of your resident access. You will receive an email confirmation and notifications (in-app and device level) once the building admin team has validated your request.
1. You have two ways to get access to your condo resident features on sign up.
1.1 After creating your myRLC Home app profile, click the "I am a Resident (Homeowner/Renter), and I only want to get access to the condo resident features", or
1.2 After successfully linking your buyer account, click "Link myRLC.com Resident Account"
2. Your myRLC Home app registered email address will be displayed. Click "Proceed" so our system can check if you already have existing credentials.
If this is your first time to request access to the condo resident features (across all your properties), proceed to item 4.1.
If you have previously requested access to the condo resident features (regardless of property), proceed to 4.2.1
2.1 If your email matches our records, you will proceed to a success page.
2.1.1 You can access the condo resident features of your myRLC.com units.
If the unit you want to get condo resident access to is not part of your myRLC.com data, repeat the process, and proceed to 2.2.1
2.2 If your email does not match our records, you will see an Invalid Credentials pop-up
2.2.1 Select your property details: Property Name, Building Number, Unit Number
2.2.2 Click the "Link Resident Access" button, you will proceed to a success page.
2.2.3 Wait for the approval of your building admin to get access to the condo resident features of your enrolled unit/s.
Yes. If you link both your buyer account and you resident account on the myRLC Home app, you can access the all the features for your property.
Users can only get access to buyer account (property) information if they provide valid buyer details. While the approval of the building manager is needed to gain resident access.
Make sure your data is secure to avoid unauthorized access.
No. Access to the condo resident features of the app is not automatic. As a homeowner, you still need to request approval from the condominium corporation, even if you have buyer access for the property.

The myRLC.com Residents account account can be accessed at https://myrlc.com/login by homeowners and tenants of RLC Residences properties to contact the condominium corporation.
You can easily link your web profile if you signed up using the same email address on the app.
For homeowners and tenants that used a different email address, your request to get access to the resident features of your property needs to be approved by the building admin team for security purposes.
No. All first time users of the myRLC Home app, must sign up and create a new account. The log in credentials for myRLC.com is only valid for the web access, and not the myRLC Home app.
Yes, you can still access this websites, but we will slowly disable the site starting November 01, 2023. Submissions via myRLC.com (web) will not be reflected in the app and vice versa.
We encourage homeowners and renters to download the myRLC Home app, as this gives you more information and additional features to help you manage your property.
On sign up, when you choose to get access to the condo resident features of the app, an "Invalid Credentials" screen will appear since your myRLC Home App registered email address does not match a myRLC.com residents portal record.
Click "Continue" to manually input your property details. This will be approved by the building admin team for security purposes.
Yes, both homeowner and renters can register to the myRLC Home app, and get access to the condo resident features.
The building admin team will review your renter access requests, and approve / disapprove this based on the current Resident Information Sheet submitted for the property.
No. Tenants only have access to the condo resident features of the app, if they only requested for resident access.
There are different types of user access on the app, and information displayed is based on the access type. Only users that have provided valid buyer details shall get access to buyer-related information. Make sure your data is secure to avoid unauthorized access.
