Online Payment - to pay online, and learn how to pay thru other online channels

BUYER ACCESS - Online Payment (Credit / Debit Card)
Choose whether you want to pay now or see previous transactions
Select to pay now for your "Monthly Amortization"
Select "Credit/Debit Card"
Enter the "Amount to Pay" on the payment details page, and click "Proceed to Payment Gateway"
Users will be redirected to the Payment Gateway to select their preferred payment method.
A success or failed transaction screen will be displayed after online payment processing.
If the app is unable to process your online payment request as of the moment, please try again later.

The approval status indicated is regarding the successful transaction with our partner bank's payment gateway.
Please give our team 3-5 working days to validate your online payment. You may refer to your official receipts for successful transactions.
The online payment feature is disabled for fully paid buyers to avoid accidental overpayments via the app for your monthly amortization.
Once you move in to your property, you will be can opt to get access to online payments for your bills & condo dues.
BUYER ACCESS - Online Payment (Other Payment Options)
Select any item under "Other Payment Options"
The page will display instructions on how to process your monthly amortization payments via other online payment channels.
Follow the instructions to proceed payment via:
Easy Payment Card (EPC)
City Payer
BDO Bills Payment
Only online payments via the myRLC Home app will be reflected under the online payment transaction list.

BUYER ACCESS - Proof of Payment / Remittance
Users can submit your proof of payments / remittance via the myRLC Home app.
Users can also view recent proof of payment submissions done via the app
(Note: If submitted via other means, data will not be reflected)
Click "Submit Proof of Payment"
Input the necessary information and upload a photo of your proof of payment
It takes our team 3-5 working days to validate your payments.
You may refer to your official receipts for successful transactions.
Please give our team 3-5 working days to validate your submission.
You may refer to your official receipts for successful payment transactions of monthly amortization.
Only proof of payment uploads done via the app are reflected in the "Recent Submissions".

BUYER ACCESS - Other Payment Options (Auto Debit Arrangement or Post Dated Checks)
Depending on the currently enrolled mode of payment for monthly amortization, data will be reflected under either Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) or in Post Dated Check (PDC)
You can see instructions on ADA/PDC processing, and get updates on your payment status.
For Auto Debit Arrangement enrollments, click on "Submit ADA Enrollment Request" to read through the guidelines specified per bank. Each bank has a different set of instructions, so make sure your read through before you submit.
For Post Dated Checks (PDC), click on "PDC Submission Guide" for detailed instructions.

Submitting ADA Enrollment Requests via the myRLC Home app is simply a convenience provided for International ADA clients to be able to submit an advance copy.
You may view your auto debit status under "View Check Status".
Acknowledged: Check is received by RLC, for deposit on due date
Deposited: Processed with Official Receipt
Move Deposit: Changed Deposit Date
On-Hold: RLC-Initiated holding of check due to discrepancy
Pulled Out: Client-requested pull out of check
Replaced: Originally issued check is replaced with new check
Bounced: Check is dishonored by bank
BUYER ACCESS - Other Payment Options (Bank Loan)
Special loan rates for RLC buyer with our partner banks can be accessed on the myRLC Home app.
Coordinate with your preferred bank regarding loan application.
