BUYERÂ ACCESS - Request & Inquiry
To access your the buyer request & inquiry page:
In the home page, click "Request & Inquiry" button, or
In the Property Details Page, click "Submit Request or General Inquiry"
Request: Common requests categorized per topic. Follow the instructions to submit a ticket.
Inquiry: Free-text ticket submission for items that are not covered in the common Requests or FAQ section.
Our Customer Relations Ambassador will contact you via your registered email address for updates on your ticket within 3 working days from your submission.
Transaction history for request & inqury is not reflected in either Buyers Portal (web) or myRLC Home app. If you have any concerns regarding your submission, you can directly contact our Customer Relations Ambassador at RLCResidential.WeCare@robinsonsland.com.

Our Customer Relations Ambassador needs to loop in the Primary Buyer of the account, for all account-related transactions.
