No. The myRLC Home App's Resident Access is limited to the condo resident features of the app. They will have no visibility on buyer information.
Only users that have provided valid buyer details shall get access to buyer-related information. Make sure your data is secure to avoid unauthorized access.
We will send a notification email to the Primary Buyer for successfully processed buyer account linking. You may reach out to our Customer Relations Ambassador at RLCResidential.WeCare@robinsonsland.com for concerns about unauthorized access to your buyer details.
No. Access to the condo resident features of the app is not automatic. As a homeowner, you still need to request approval from the condominium corporation, even if you have buyer access for the property.
Click on the "My Properties" tab on the bottom of your screen
Click on the "Get Access" button on the bottom of your screen
Among the options, select "I am a Resident (Homeowner/Renter), and I only want to get access to the condo resident features"
Click "Proceed" so our system can check if your email address already has existing credentials.
If this is your first time to request access to the condo resident features (across all your properties), proceed to item 4.1.
If you have previously requested access to the condo resident features (regardless of property), proceed to 4.2.1
4.1. If your email matches our records, you will proceed to a success page.
4.1.1 You can access the condo resident features of your myRLC.com units.
If the unit you want to get condo resident access to is not part of your myRLC.com data, repeat the process, and proceed to 4.2.1
4.2 If your email does not match our records, you will see an Invalid Credentials pop-up
4.2.1 Select your property details: Property Name, Building Number, Unit Number
4.2.2 Click the "Link Resident Access" button, you will proceed to a success page.
4.2.3 Wait for the approval of your building admin to get access to the condo resident features of your enrolled unit/s.
