HOW TO GET BUYER ACCESS
Get Buyer Access Entry Points:
On first time sign up
On log in, go to "My Properties", and click "Get Access"
Select "Yes, I want to get Buyer access to my property" and enter the required buyer information
If data is valid, you will see a success screen
You can get Resident access after this step, or skip and start exploring the app
After creating your myRLC Home app profile,
Click the "Start linking my accounts" button on the success page, and click "Continue" on the next page
Select "Yes, I want to get Buyer access to my property"
Enter the following required information:
Buyer ID or Primary Buyer Email Address
Any Contract Number (if multiple contract number, choose only 1)
If buyer information is valid, user will be redirected to a success screen
You can find your buyer information in the Welcome Letter emailed to you by do-not-reply@robinsonsland.com when you reserved your unit.
Kindly check your email inbox, then select “Yes, I want to get Buyer access to my property” from the options.
You can also opt to get buyer access later to complete your myRLC Home app sign up process. After creating your myRLC Home app profile,
Click the "Start linking my accounts" button on the success page, and click "Continue" on the next page
Select "No, I don't want to get property access at this time"
You will be redirected to the app home page.
Note that by skipping this step, the details of your properties will not be reflected in the app.
To get buyer access later, go to "My Properties", and click the "Get Access" or "Link Your Account Now" button
For longtime buyers, The Buyers Portal is no longer accessible. You may instead make your payments via the myRLC Home app.
ALL buyers will be asked to download the myRLC Home app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and sign up to create an app account.
On sign up, you can link your profile by inputting your Buyer ID and Contract Number, and have access to the same information as the Buyers Portal (and more!).
Yes, you need to sign up again on the myRLC Home app even if you have an existing Buyers Portal (web) access.
With the launch of myRLC Home app, we want to ensure that all users can easily get access to their previous (web) account data.
No, you can no longer access the Buyer's Portal. We have slowly been disabling available features starting November 01, 2023.
We encourage ALL buyers to download the myRLC Home app, as this gives you more information and additional features to help you manage your account (property).
No, as long as your purchased property is under the same Buyer ID, you only need to input any one (1) of your contract numbers to proceed. All the contracts attached to your Buyer ID will automatically be reflected on your app profile.
Attempting to link another contract will display an "Invalid Credentials" error.
No, only one (1) Buyer ID is allowed per myRLC Home app account.
You would need to create a new myRLC Home app account, using a different email address, in order to access the property information under your 2nd Buyer ID.
