Online Payment - to pay online, and learn how to pay thru other online channels
Proof of Payment / Remittance - to submit your proof of payment thru other payment channels

RESIDENT ACCESS - Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card)
Choose whether you want to pay now or see previous transactions
Select to pay now for your "Bills & Condo Dues"
Select "Credit/Debit Card"
Select the item you would like to pay for, and enter the amount due.
Click "Proceed to Payment Gateway"
Users will be redirected to the Payment Gateway to select their preferred payment method.
A success or failed transaction screen will be displayed after online payment processing.
If the app is unable to process your online payment request as of the moment, please try again later.
For any concerns, contact the Property Management Office at RLCResidences.PMO@robinsonsland.com or reach out to your Building Manager.
The approval status indicated is regarding the successful transaction with our partner bank's payment gateway.
Please give our team 3-5 working days to validate your online payment. You will receive an email once the billing & collection team has successfully validated your payment.
RESIDENT ACCESS - Online Payment (GCash QR)
Select "GCash QR"
How to download QR code:
Take a screenshot of the applicable QR code for your building, or
Tap and Hold the image to download. Image will be saved to your file folder (not your gallery)
Open your GCash app, and pay by uploading the QR code.
Submit a screenshot of the GCash transaction details via the myRLC Home app.
Follow the "Proof of Payment / Remittance" instructions below
RESIDENT ACCESS - Proof of Payment / Remittance
Users can submit your proof of payments / remittance via the myRLC Home app.
Users can also view recent proof of payment submissions done via the app
(Note: If submitted via other means, data will not be reflected)
Click "Submit Proof of Payment"
Select the item you would like to pay for, and enter the amount due.
Input the necessary information and upload a photo of your proof of payment
It takes our team 3-5 working days to validate your payments.
You will receive a notification once payment has been validated.
Please give our team 3-5 working days to validate your submission.
You will receive a notification once your payment has been successfully validated by the billing & collection team
