BUYER ACCESS - Document Requirement List
To access your buyer document requirements list:
In the home page, click "Requirements & Documents" button, or
In the Property Details Page, click "Document Requirement List"
The Document Requirements page has
Your Contract to Sell (CTS) status
Detailed list of pending & submitted buyer documents
Access to upload of pending requirements
You submit your pending documents for submission by uploading on the app, except for legal documents (such as affidavits, reservation form, CTS, or any documents needing notarization)
Uploaded documents are not automatically counted as verified, and will undergo review.
