PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Push notifications are turned on by default
To turn off push notifications, go to the app's Settings, and toggle off Push Notifications
Inbox will still be updated with in-app notifications, even if Push Notifications is toggled off

BUYER ACCESS NOTIFICATIONS
Buyers will receive push notifications for updates on their account (property):
Contract to Sell (CTS) status update
Document Requirement status updates
Auto Debit Arrangement Transactions status updates, or
Post Dated Check Submissions status updates
Statement of Account updates for monthly amortization
Official Receipt updates
Latest Updates
Viewing Schedule Invites
Buyer Punchlist Update
Yes. All users with access to your account will receive the account-related buyer notifications.
Make sure your data is secure to avoid unauthorized access.
No. Tenants only have access to the condo resident features of the app, if they only requested for resident access.
There are different types of user access on the app, and information displayed is based on the access type. Only users that have provided valid buyer details shall get access to buyer-related information. Make sure your data is secure to avoid unauthorized access.
We will send a notification email to the Primary Buyer for successfully processed buyer account linking. You may reach out to our Customer Relations Ambassador at RLCResidential.WeCare@robinsonsland.com for concerns about unauthorized access to your buyer details.
RESIDENT ACCESS NOTIFICATIONS
Residents will receive push notifications for updates on their property:
Approval update of their resident account access request
Validation update for bills & condo dues proof of payment submissions
Approval update for submitted Forms & Passes
Resident Support Center updates
Statement of Account updates for bills & condo dues
Billing Statement updates for bills & condo dues
Official Receipt updates
Latest Updates
Both homeowners and renters will receive notifications for the following:

Billing Statement updates for bills & condo dues

Notifications for all other user-initiated items will only notify the sender.
No. Currently both homeowner and renter will see the same information (except for user-initiated transactions).
These are transactions submitted by a user in the app, such as Proof of Payment submissions, Forms & Passes submissions, and Resident Support Center tickets.
