USER ACCESS
Each user type has different access to the various features of the app - whether you're a buyer, a homeowner, a renter, or all of these combined, the features you access per unit are customized to fit your needs.
No. The profile information indicated in the app is limited to your app-registered information, and will not impact your contract details.
No. The profile information indicated in the app is limited to your app-registered information, and will not impact your resident information submitted to the condominium corporation.
On log in, select a property
Click "Settings" on the bottom right hand side of your screen
Click on "View Profile" for your app-related profile information
HOW TO REGISTER
Click the "Sign Up" button
Read to the bottom and accept the terms & conditions
Read to the bottom and accept the privacy policy
Input your profile information
Select which user type applies to you
Enter the OTP sent to your email (inbox or spam folder)
Enter your nominated Password
Enter & Confirm your nominated PIN
Click "Start Linking My Account" to get access to your properties
On the home screen, click the "Sign Up" button, and proceed with the steps.
As part of your myRLC Home app profile creation, you will be asked to provide your personal information.
Kindly check if you entered a valid email format with no extra spaces.
If you signed up to the BETA version last December 2022, you don't need to sign up again. Simply log in using the same credentials you used in the BETA version. Please update your app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, to access the full features.

No. You can use the same credentials you used last December 2022 to log in to your account.
Please update your app to the latest version on the Apple App Store or Google Play, in order to access the full features of the myRLC Home app.
APP ACCOUNT DELETION
Deleting your account on the myRLC Home app will remove your access to the buyer and/or resident features of the app
You will no longer be able to access data inputted and/or submitted in the app (such as request & inquiry tickets, or resident forms & passes)
You will not be able to log in again using your credentials
myRLC Home app account deletion will not impact your contract
You will no longer recover transaction data in the app (such as buyer request tickets, or resident forms & passes).
For buyers, your contract information will not be affected
Yes, you can sign up again using the same credentials as your deleted account. But you cannot recover the transaction data (such as buyer request tickets, or resident forms & passes) of your previously created app account.
