Chris retired from U.S. Marine Corps Aviation in February 2018. He was identified as the only person known to have progressed through the ranks and retire in 20 years as an Avionics Limited Duty Officer. In the Marine Corps Chris specialized in aviation asset management and process improvement/Lean Six Sigma. During his last assignment, he controlled $220M in aviation assets and managed over 600 Marines.
While in the Marine Corps, Chris also developed a small, single family rental portfolio in 2012
and he had two remote house flipping businesses operating in four MSA's for four years. He found himself unable to increase flipping tempo beyond four properties at a time, so he entered into the multifamily space in 2016 in order to avoid having lazy capital.
Chris enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences with anyone finding a need for the information. When not in search of processes to improve or new properties to acquire Chris can be found exercising, spending time with his wife & kids, or enjoying the outdoors.
