Brian Hamrick

Biography:

Brian Hamrick began investing in single-family homes in 2002. During the Great Recession he purchased his first multifamily property and has since worked with over 40 private investors to acquire apartment communities, self-storage facilities, office buildings, and non-performing notes. Currently Brian controls over $32 Million in assets, has bought and sold over 450 units, and is about to break ground on a 120-unit apartment development in Grand Rapids, MI

Brian is also the Past-President of the Rental Property Owners Association and hosts the "Rental Property Owner & Real Estate Investor Podcast". With over 1 Million listens and 258 episodes, it has been ranked in the Top 100 Business/Investing Podcasts on itunes.
